An ordinary micro business and a technology product need different kinds of support. Know which world you are entering.
A workshop, food unit, tailoring business, repair service, or local enterprise can use the same practical routes as other entrepreneurs. Age may improve a category calculation under an active state programme, but the project still needs a buyer, workable costs, and a credible repayment plan. Start with the activity, not the label “startup.”
If the idea is an app, software product, device, AI workflow, or other scalable technology, move beyond the subsidy mindset. Speak to prospective users, define the real problem, identify existing alternatives, and estimate what a first version would cost.
