WORKED EXAMPLE: THE FIRST THREE WEEKS OF A
CORRIDOR
Week one: creators in the corridor post the launch,
a few hundred early adopters make their first
verified deposit, and the loyalty points feel like the
whole story. The leaderboard is sparse.
Week two: the same citizens hit their third and
fourth verified action. The engine shifts what it
shows them, streaks, the ward’s leaderboard
position, a school sprint. A residents’ association
starts a group chat about its rank.
Week three: a diaspora chapter sponsors the
corridor and its name goes on the pods. The local
bakery reports new faces redeeming points. The
