This book sets out a single mechanism for
accelerating positive social behaviour; a reusable
institution and software platform to run it; a worked
framework for applying that mechanism across
many civic outcomes, and a financial argument for
why the artificial intelligence at the centre of it costs
a rounding error against the budgets it serves and
earns its own keep thereafter.
Whether any state pursues this path, adapts it, pilots
a narrower version, or evolves it in a direction this
book has not anticipated, is that state’s decision.
The author’s contribution is the framework and the
arithmetic. The decision rests with those who
govern.
