Notice the inference column. Even as the
institution’s operating cost grows into the low tens
of crores with the full program portfolio running, the
AI bill remains in the lakhs, a fraction of one percent
of operating cost, and a vanishing fraction of the
public budgets the programs serve. The institution is
a people-and-coordination cost with an AI rounding
error attached, exactly as Chapter 5 argued.
