Clear limits on what is live today

Kerala Rising currently provides published information and manual research through WhatsApp. It does not offer automated eligibility decisions, saved profiles, continuous monitoring, a verified supplier or exporter directory, investment matching, pooled money, or approval guarantees.

Who holds the official responsibility

Departments decide programme rules and awards. Banks decide lending. Qualified accountants, lawyers, engineers, doctors, and other professionals perform regulated work. Kerala Rising helps people arrive better prepared; it does not replace those roles.

What future verification would require

A real verification record needs repeatable evidence, a recorded method, a date, and a way to challenge or update it. Until that exists, Kerala Rising will not label a business, person, product, or opportunity as verified.
