ancestral place. The patron architecture is precisely
that missing channel.
How the four compound
Each mechanism alone would be a marketing
programme. The four together are an engine
because each compounds the others. The loyalty
economy gives the citizen the first reason to act.
Social capital gives the ongoing one. Creator voice
recruits new citizens into the loyalty economy and
amplifies the social signal. The patron architecture
funds the arenas the citizens act in, gives those
actions institutional visibility, and produces the
audit substrate the discovery-commerce and dataproduct layers depend on. Discovery commerce in
turn monetises the creator voice that produced the
awareness in the first place. None of the four works
in isolation; in operation they are designed to be
inseparable.
WHY THE ENGINE IS REUSABLE
Notice that nothing in this chapter mentioned
waste. The engine takes a verified action and
returns visibility, reward, rivalry, and patronage.
It does not care whether the action is a
segregated bag, a worn helmet, a planted tree, or
a logged volunteer hour. That is why Part Two
can describe seven programs as configurations of
one machine rather than as seven separate ideas.
